Dairy Business Entrepreneur Program Workshop

As a part of three-day workshop on skill development and entrepreneurial opportunities, the second day commenced with the informative and insightful practical and training session by Sh. S.K. Mehta, Ex Food Technologist, Food and Nutrition Board of India and Sh. Jaswant Singh, Ex Vice Chairman, MilkTime. Sh. S.K. Mehta gave hands on Training by demonstrating the process of making orange Squashes and Tomato Sauce commercially. He also motivated the students to undertake food processing ventures. Sh. Jaswant Singh conducted Dairy Business Entrepreneurial Program as a part of Skill India Campaign. He made the students aware about various Business Opportunities in Dairy Industry. He enlightened the students by explaining them innovative techniques of Food Preservation and guided the students regarding the export of milk to other countries. Prof. Sudha Katyal, Principal of the college, expressed her gratitude to the honourable guests for sharing their valuable knowledge and for imparting practical knowledge amongst students so as to make them aware of the upcoming advancements in the field of food technology.
