This hands-on practice not only allowed students to translate their theoretical knowledge into practical application but also enabled them to gain valuable insights into professional food service, entrepreneurship, and consumer engagement.
The stall drew overwhelming appreciation from faculty, staff, and students, who commended the creative fusion of taste and nutrition.
Principal of the college, Prof. Sudha Katyal, applauded the efforts of the students for their innovative approach in promoting indigenous ingredients emphasizing that such initiatives align seamlessly with the nation’s nutritional goals and vision for healthier lifestyles.
