Home Science College Students Excel at Panjab University Inter-Zonal Youth & Heritage Festival

Students of Government Home Science College, Chandigarh brought laurels to the institution by securing notable positions at the 66th Panjab University Inter-Zonal Youth & Heritage Festival held at A.S. College, Khanna from November 8–10, 2025. Simran, B.Sc. Home Science (Composite) 5th Sem, won the 3rd prize in Crochet Work, while Bishnu, B.Sc. FD 5th Sem, secured the 2nd prize in Still Life. These achievements reflect the artistic talent and creative excellence nurtured by the college. 

Principal of the college, Prof. Sudha Katyal congratulated the students and appreciated the efforts of the faculty in encouraging active participation in cultural and heritage-based activities, motivating the students to continue striving for excellence in future endeavors.
