Home Science Student Wins Gold in State Athletics Championship

Government Home Science College, Sector-10, Chandigarh, proudly announces the outstanding achievement of its student Kashish from M.Sc. Foods and Nutrition, 1st Semester (Roll No. 626/25).

Kashish showcased exceptional talent at the Chandigarh Sub-Junior, Junior and Senior State Athletics Championship 2025, held from 28th to 31st August 2025 at the Chandigarh Sports Complex, Sector-7. Competing in the 800m race (Women, Senior Category), she displayed remarkable endurance and speed, securing the 1st Position (Gold Medal).

Principal of the college, Prof.Sudha Katyal congratulated the student for her victory and bringing laurels to the college.
