On January 26, 2025, Government Home Science College celebrated the 76th Republic Day with great enthusiasm, patriotism, and a sense of dedication.The event commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by the esteemed Principal, Prof. Sudha Katyal, followed by the reverberating recitation of the National Anthem. The highlight of the celebration was the captivating performances by the tiny tots of Chaitanya Laboratory Nursery School, who left the audience spellbound. Adding to the patriotic atmosphere, the college students presented soulful vocal performance followed by group dance that resonated throughout the campus.Prof. Sudha Katyal, in her address, shared the historical significance of Republic Day, reminding everyone of the sacrifices and efforts that shaped India into a sovereign, socialist, secular, and democratic republic.
