HOME SCIENCE STUDENTS SHOWCASE TALENT DURING THIS CHALLENGING TIME

Besides a number of hurdles during this challenging time of coronavirus pandemic, our talented future Fashion Designers made their mark. Students participated in mask and glove making competition organized by Mehr Chand Mahajan, DAV College for Women, Sector-36, Chandigarh.
Our students designed trendy and stylish masks and gloves making the best use of resources available. Sonika of PG Diploma Fashion Designing bagged first prize in Glove making competition. Priya Yadav of B.Sc Fashion Designing 3rd Year won third prize and Anamika of PG Diploma Fashion Designing won a special prize in mask making competition.
Principal of the college, Prof. Sudha Katyal, applauded the students for their efforts and further encouraged them to motivate others as well to become Corona Warriors.
