Nutritive Buttermilk Distributed to Promote Healthy Habits at Chaitanya Nursery School

In a heartwarming initiative to promote healthy dietary habits among young children, nutritive buttermilk was distributed among the tiny tots of Chaitanya Nursery School, in Govt Home Science College, Sector 10, Chandigarh. The event aimed to educate tiny tots about the nutritional value of traditional beverages like buttermilk.As part of the program, the children were distributed sweet lassis and informed about the numerous health benefits of the same especially in comparison to aerated drinks which are detrimental to health. The little ones enjoyed the refreshing drink and enthusiastically participated in the awareness session.Amul India Ltd. sponsored sweet nutritive lassis for the tiny tots,teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and Class IV employees. The initiative was well received by all, adding a joyful and healthy touch to the day.Principal Dr. Sudha Katyal expressed her gratitude to Amul India Ltd. for their generous support and emphasized the importance of incorporating traditional beverages like buttermilk into daily diets. “Buttermilk is not only refreshing but also packed with essential nutrients, making it an excellent alternative to sugary and carbonated drinks,” she said.The event successfully blended fun with learning and left a lasting impression on the young minds about the value of healthy living.
