Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted in the college in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2019 (Redressal of Grievance of Students). The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated time or as soon as they are received. All complaints are scrutinized by the authorities and the Grievance Redressal Cell and the resolutions therefore are recorded.

Objectives:

To develop structured mechanism to resolve grievances of students.

To ensure that the staff of the College are receptive, accountable and courteous in dealing with the students.

To provide quick and effective resolution of student’s grievances in a non- discriminatory manner.

Upholding the dignity of the college and promoting cordial student-student relationship and student-teacher relationship.

Procedure and Functioning of the Committee

During the orientation programme at the beginning of the session, the students are informed about the committee, its working and the members are introduced.

The Grievance Redressal Committee shall consider all grievances submitted through any mode.

The co-coordinator shall arrange for a meeting and shall present the case before the committee for resolution.

The Grievance Redressal Committee will study, analyse the relevant documents and resolve the issue at the earliest.
