The college offers a doctoral program in three streams which are Clothing and Textiles, Human Development & Family Relations and Foods & Nutrition. Masters in the specialized field along with UGC-NET or entrance exam from Panjab University is mandatory for enrollment in the doctorate program. The program offers an opportunity to deserving and research oriented scholars to develop their research skills and carry out independent research through exposure to intensive research programs.
